I thought it might be helpful to some if I post my results.

The printout doesn't show at what exact RPMs though...

Max HP: 68.65
Max Torque: 45.55

Specs:
2009 Monster 696, MIVV Suono CF slip-ons, K&N air filter, and PowerCommander V.

The "base run" is with the default map that comes with the PCV which is tuned for a stock setup. The "final tune" is with the custom map created at the tuning center.

So how has the "seat of the pants" feel changed?

You seem to be the first to get this installed since I've been waiting for the PC to come out for the 696!

What's the difference in fuel efficiency since they leveled out the air:fuel ?

TIA

I haven't really had a chance to ride it enough since I got it tuned to determine the MPG. Soon as I do I'll post the numbers.

Thanks for posting this info. I know you got yours dyno tuned but do you know if the PCV has a pre-loaded map or one you can download instead of doing a custom dyno tuned map ?
It comes with a pre-loaded map for a stock setup; meaning it's designed for a 696 with stock exhaust, stock airfilter, etc. Since I've changed those on my bike I got a custom map done.

It was my understanding there is no way to control A/R under ~5,000 RPM (closed loop mode) with the stock ECU. Most guys reflash the stock ECU with the DP race map which removes the closed loop portion (o2 sensors), bumps redline up, etc...this eliminates the closed loop mode allowing the PCV full A/R control over the entire RPM range. Sure your not running a different ECU or reflash?

I'm not sure you guys will get your questions answered by the OP, since this was his last post, back in 2010.
