I have seen the Ducati Fortis watch mentioned around here a few times and I have been eyeing them for a while now. I know that Fortis has made a few different limited edition watches, two different types of chronographs with date and a standard automatic with date and none of them are currently in production. Does anyone know of a dealer (motorcycle or watch) who has the standard automatic around for sale? The only place I have seen them is on eBay every now and then. Unfortunately I have never pulled the trigger on getting one of the few listed there and I am seriously interested in finding one at a reasonable price. Thanks for all you help and info.

There is a site called watchuseek where a guy has found 4 of the limited edition chronographs and is trying to find some people to go in with him at 620 british pounds each.

It is a magnificent watch and has become my everyday watch.
620 pounds (~1200 US) is a good deal for a chrono, from what I have seen they tend to go for $1500 or so. Either are a nice addition to any Ducatista's collection. And a few links to anyone interested in getting one for themselves.
