Chatterbox w/loud exhaust

Me and soem comrads are thinking abotu getting chatterboxes to communicate when we ride and some of us have aftermarket exhaust. Has anyone had any experience using chatterboxes with loud cans? Can you still hear conversations?

I've got a Chatterbox set up in 2 helmets if you want to give it a try sometime. It's very clear with full exhaust and I also wear earplugs. The adjustable VOX works really well with eliminating wind noise also. I've been thinking about selling mine, so let's get together.
