Brake Fluid and Brake Pads on my 06 S2R?

What does 3-5 mean? Looks like 3 (divided symbol) 5? What fluid do I use, what's the factory fill?

Also where is a good place to get pads at? I probably need them at 8K miles but I definately need a brake bleed right now.

I don't have it, in storage.

Wanna run it by a small local shop and bleed them before riding up to get my truck. I think I boiled them.

Just called a shop that deals in these bikes and they said Dot4.

You can get synthetic DOT4 fluid at the autoparts store cheaper (and in a bigger bottle) than the bike shop.
