Hello forum. I just bought a Ducati 797-2018 model. I have an issue with my gauge cluster and it seems that after about 5 to 10 minutes of riding the gauge cluster freezes and gets erratic and then goes blank. When I shut off the bike and turn it back on immediately, the gauges cluster comes back on as if nothing happened. While riding the bike seems fine, but the gauges are completely blank and then when I do started, it seems like there’s a slow start. The indicators on the cluster work when the screen is blank.
I have replaced the regulator and the battery and I’ve checked the voltage when the bike is running, it gets up to about 14 V and dropped down to about 13.5 V when I rev.
From what I can tell, it may be heat related or maybe a grounding issue. Does anyone know what I need to do to find out what the issue is?
