• Remove cable(s) to the actual flapper valve installed within the exhaust.

• Use the provided tywraps, doublesided tape or velco to install the DUC.EE as desired.

• Plug the DUC.EE into the factory wiring harness with the same style connector as per the factory.

• Turn on your ignition and verify your Check Engine Light (CEL) message is off.

Size: Box is 1.75in (tall) X 0.50in (thick) X 1.25in (wide) with a 3in pigtail connector to the factory harness.

MotoCreations Warranty: Five years as long as the Duc.EE hasn't been tampered with, tamper seal is not removed and the unit is not physically damaged (ala crash).

I have one of these on my 1100s 2010 and removed the exhaust y piece and fitted one from a 696 ( and yes they are the same size ) with no crappy flapper valve so it is less restrictive and removed the servo from under the seat so yes you get rid of a heap of weight getting rid of sound compliant **** ( the reason for the flapper valve) if you take all this stuff off without one a Duc-ee it will bring up a fault code on the dash - this tells the ECU that all is good in the bikes start-up self diagnostic, it's made a massive improvement in particular the low down rpm roll on is a lot better , I recommend these and consider them a positive improvement.........
