the cover doesnt have to be cut or open at all, maybe just have a design laser etched into it, and anodized a cool color?
I just did a Flying D on a stock cover. It was a PITA, but I got it done. it's drying right now.... and it's not quite perfect, but I can always say that I did it myself.the wings are actually attached to the D shape and float at the edges.

and I would assume for the machinist

I spent about 3 hrs last night working in Autocad on a design i'd like, then went to bed and thought exactly the same thing you just wrote. I think i'll just keep it to myself and maybe solicite whoever makes them for Speedymoto and have them do me a one-off.

that sounds smart, theres nothing like paying a company to make just 1 clutch cover, Im sure that would be very economical.
