Well Patrick (Ppoitras) and I got a quickie run up the tight side and a little breakfast at Mothers. It was abit on the clod side up there. Went to start down the fast side, got about 3 or 4 corners past the firestation and saw the wall of clouds raging up the backside. So we turned around and went back down the tightside. About 1/3 the way down we were greeted by a young chap who had just lobbed his Alstaire edition GSXR. Seems the young lad got on the gas abit hard and abit early. OOPS! Stopped to make sure he was alright then chased down the rest of his group so they could get him a truck and a ride home. Hes gonna be walking with a limp for a few days. Guess he banged up the shoulder and his ankle pretty good, but to quote an unnamed Honda crew member from an AMA race I attended at BIR, after watching a local guy take out a couple of the Factory guys in turn 10. "That boy just got in too hot and ran out of talent" Too bad he'd only had the bike for 5 months.
