I'm thinking about my first mod and figured it would have to be the mirrors and clip-on.
In particular, I wanted to know which clip-ons you have and if you would recommend them.

I have a 620D and ease of install is a factor (I am new at this)

Thanks
Franco

Cycle cat all the way. If you don't want to drop down that low find yourself an S4 toptree from 1999-2001 and order the S4 clip ons. I did this and the ride hieght is perfect.

well it's also a matter of what you want to spend...
i am planning on getting cyclecats (when i switch to sbk forks) but in the meantime, i'm using the ducati performance bar risers. they're stupid-expensive if you pay MSRP, but i got mine for a reasonable price so it was a no-brainer.

for example:
pre '99 supersport bars:

ducati performance monster bars:

either pair _could_ be a great bargain and a decent clip-on solution. but if money's not a factor, c'cats are the way to go!

are there any adjustments that need to be made to the rear end after adding clip-ons? (something tells me I may have already asked...sorry!!) I like the quickness in the front end, but it seems like the bike in general in less flickable. is this a side effect, or is there something that can be done. logic tells me to put more weight on the rear end... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
for those of us in new england, I think spring may have arrived! ;D ;D

I have an '03 M1000S and am 1/2 way through installing Cyclecat DBR13s now. I'll let you know how hard it is when I am finished.
