I just bought a 620 Dark and is very fun, so much fun my wife stole it from me. It is now her ride.
So I am back looking for another Monster. I was kinda leaning towards some of the 900's. I read through the various FAQ's. Are there any particular years or models that have problems or that I should avoid? Looking for used so I can personalize it.

I have a 800 and but now want the s4r. So if my wife where to steal my bike and I was left searching. I would buy that blue s4r. That bike is badass.

Travis, I looked at the s4 s4r and yes they are "badass". BUt after reading about peeps having problems with leaking batteries it doesn't look too good. What I am interested in is a Monster with the adjustable forks.

Hey, I'm also eyeing the used 900 scene. I'm actually looking starting with 2000's for fuel injection. So far I've seen prices from 6000 all the way up to 9000. Still waiting for the right deal though.

Forget about fuel injection.

U want the 1999, so you can get the FCR carbs and have soooo much power!
