Hi All,

I have been informed that Santa is bringing me a 14 tooth countershaft sprocket for my new 695 (It was on my Christmas wish list that I gave my wife). Anyway, I plan to install it over the Christmas vacation and was wondering what is the torque spec for the countershaft sprocket bolts are (I am assuming two bolts, and not one large nut, but I have not seen it yet).

Any information is appreciated.

Thank You,

Brian F.

I usually dont use a torque wrench on bolts like that, but I suggest using locktite on those two bolts.

That's 4.5 ft-lb for the metrically challenged.

They're small bolts, I'd probably be flinching even with a torque wrench set to that.

I replaced the hex bolts with drilled allens, and safety wired 'em.
I hate loctite...
