pretty sure it's the same as on the s4 and other '02+ monsters. 17mm hex key (found mine at sears of all places) and the nut's 30mm's. home depot for a shallow 12 point, or you can hit autozone/pepboys/nappa for a DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP 6 point socket. it's a common size for japanese auto's axle nuts as well i guess. why get a DEEP socket? it'll come in handy when you loose your mind and decide you want to install an 8 oz flywheel ;D

Why do you need a hex key? The 30mm nut loosened up the whole axle for me...

If it has a single sided swing arm it has a 46mm nut on the non-drive side and a 41mm on the drive side.

Since you say you need to know to adjust the chain I'm guess your bike doesn't have a SSSA though... in which case I can't help you. The pinch bolts for the axle on the SSSA (which you would need to loosen to adjust the chain) are either 12mm or 14mm IIRC.
