I just picked up the Public Enemy Millennium Collection that opens with "Welcome to the Terrordome". Chuck D just stuffs his lyrics in your face. I also like the Misfits, Tiger Army, Flogging Molly and Drop Kick Murphy's.

.........maybe some John Denver when I'm changing the oil.... ;)

what does everyone else listen to in the garage???? and does anyone ride with an iPod/mp3/cd player??? Frankly hope not, but just wondering.

The answer is really complicated or really simple, or well..... I don't know. I'm a really complicated person, er, no, I'm a really simple person, or ah.... I don't know, ask my wife.
I'm just easy to please, ah that's it. Like MEMONSTRO, store clerks I think, think I'm buying for my kids.

BTW, check out Hank Williams III, he's a huge Black Flag fan. How he ever come from the loins of HW Jr.?

I need to get a stereo in my garage again. My 16 year old stole the speakers from mine about 3 months ago... at least that is what I suspect happened to them.
My musical tastes are kinda eclectic and, I guess I never listened to one style of music before or after rides. Any music will do, but it has to be something I like because what ever I listen to last before I ride sticks in my head and I sing it the whole time I'm riding... you should hear me... well, maybe not.
Lately I been stuck on the Beach Boys-before you scoff go listen to them again. Pretty cool. And of course a lot of Frank Zappa is good for riding.

Opeth. Best Swedish/Uruguayan metal band out there. ??? ;D

If you don't mind heavy stuff mixed with prolonged acoustic/clean breaks (and very long songs), check 'em out. Ignore the death vocals the first time through. [smiley=evil.gif]
