PLEASE don't let anybody blow $90 on a cut airbox lid!!!

no offense to the seller (has other, reasonably priced auctions going), but this is totally rediculous... the term "ram air" doesn't even apply to this mod. what a riot...

if you're interested in running an open airbox, do yourself a favor and CUT YOUR LID FOR FREE!!!! 10 minutes tops. drill pilot hole to insert jigsaw. cut lid open with jigsaw and if you're anal, clean up the cut with a utility knife and/or sandpaper. cripse... $90!!! hahahahaha!!!!

You have a better chance with those CF side scoops to ram air . I'm considering that with my pod filters, maybe some velocity stacks?
