Does anyone know where I can get a two-piece fork leg mounting bracket for Ohlins steering damper? I purchased a damper recently and the supplied hardware requires removing the triple clamp to install a fork mount. I would like to avoid removing my triple clamp if I can.

Mine's mounted right below the lower clamp, which I believe is 54mm. If it's going right below the upper clamp, I think that's 50mm.
