I think the next mods are going to be for looks. Trying to decide between mirrors and/or a bellypan
So if someone could post some pics/links of monsters with belly pans or aftermarket mirrors I would appreciate it

Thanks

Re: Wanted:pics of Belly Pans & non stock mirr

They are Rizoma's and I got them from Joe at Motostrano. I think motowheels has them too. They have plexiglass covers and are Rizoma sweet; soooooooooooo much better then the stock gray plastic. :p

Scooby, I should have asked this earlier too, but with those timing belt covers, how does the plexiglass hold up? Scratches, dulling, etc?

Meds,

They seem to be holding up fine; 1500 miles into it. No scratches or clouding. They do sell replacement plexi glass inserts, don't know what they cost though.

-Q-,

That website has gone over it's bandwidth limit. Do you have the pictures saved (cached?) so that you can post them here?

Red Racing (Italy) had the best price on a cf belly pan (like the one on the Foggy) when I got mine. Great service/delivery time too. Tom

The under belly on my bike in the above pix is a red racing one; i concur - great place to buy. Good price and quick delivery; and from the mother land - Italia!!

hey -Q-,
simon's mirrors are the carbon fiber units offered by ducati performance. they're definately slick lookin but very expensive. the tailsection is an "MV Agusta F4" replica that bolts onto the seat. i've lost the links but there are a couple french and german companies that sell them.
dave's bellypan is available from ducati-performance but is also available for much less from spareshack.com and/or motowheels.com
enjoy! (sorry about the limited bandwidth for who ever's wanted to check 'em out).

Strati, I have been eyeing that MV Augusta tail section on Simon's bike, I didn't realize it mounted to the stock seat. What could you do to find out where he got it. That would be a lot easier than mounting a SBK tailsection.

yep... rizoma makes them for the S4. a bit surprising considering they ONLY fit the S4 (as opposed to the 748/9*6), so it's an isolated market.
