you know, you could flatten out one end of that clamp and redrill the hole, maybe a half inch or so farther in, re-bend it and be on you way

in a word, yes. you just want to reduce the circumference a bit....ask them to do it for you.

D-which FBF system is this?....because they seem to generally relabel other makers systems....I have my hangers from when I switched from my FBF/SilMotor pipes to the Arrow's and I think I have a SBK muffler bracket too which I was going to use to refit to it at one point...I always thought there was a bit too much slop or room in general for those can mounts!.....if you want to come over at some point tommorrow (since it seems I'll be home most of the day I think) with the can and the other clamp or ride the bike over and we can figure something out!.....

Yes, these are the FBF/Sils. Carbon Fiber high mount rounds (fit the Monsters and SBKs). Cans have a circumference of 12 1/4 inches or 31.2 cm. If you have your old clamps hanging around, bring them to Rhodeside tonight and I'll ply you with beer.

unfortuneately I am at work and was planning on heading to Rhodeside after work (and I rode in today without looking at the weather-went on yesterday's report and I feel like a shmuck because of it!)....so because I had no prior thought...I don't have parts with me...and because I am riding...I shouldn't be drinkin too much beer ( I am not a fan of the drinking and riding combination thing!)...but we can work something out for sure!...and like I said....there's always tommorrow if you want!
