I want to paint the rear sprocket cover black. In looking at it, it looks like just removing those 5 or 6 nuts that hold the rear sprocket cover on. Do I need to use allen wrench on other side of bolts to hold it while tightening nuts? Also does anyone know of the torque figures?

Tried a search but couldn't find a 'how to' on this.

Thanks a bunch!

I removed the sprocket cover by removing the lug nuts. I did not have to use a 12mm allen wrench for the cush drive bushings. That said, you might want to be prepared and have a 12 mm allen wrench on hand.

The torque spec on the sprocket nuts is 48 Nm.
