V1.0 of the Modifications FAQ is up!

OK folks, this has been in development for a while, and with the able assistance of Fillmore, it is now ready for your entertainment.

What I basically did is take the Mods survey and sorted it by "value" - based on the percentage of people who'd done it who would make it one of their top 3 mods. This meant that a small number of people doing a mod could still land it at the top of the list. Also, I polled for those mods people didn't think worthwhile. (Hey, we all like to save money, right?)

For each Modification, there is a short description of what it is, why you'd want to do it, why you might not, and a subjective rating of cost and difficulty. In these blurbs I've tried to add sources, but since my knowledge isn't encyclopedic, I'm hoping that you readers will help fill in the gaps and provide me with additional sources. Also, if a DML sponsor carries a brand and I've missed it, let me know so I can add it. We all want to support the folks that help keep this board alive.

Technical corrections are also welcome, of course. As I said in the title, this is V1.0; like Microsoft I'm expecting it to be V3.0 or more before it gets to be decent.
