So I finally got her back. ;D YEAH YEAH YEAH!!! She was gone a total of 3 weeks.

Here's the list of replacement parts.
Cylinder Head Gaskets
Base Gaskets
Horizontal Piston
Verticle Piston
O-rings
Exhaust Gaskets

Now the funny thing is that they said, this "should" take care of the problem. I guess only time will tell.
