I went out and bought a hacksaw, some masking tape, got 2 frame plugs from the shop. memorized the FAQ for tail chop and bouhgt some flush mount signals. Then after I remove everything from the back I notice my S4 doesn't have 2 holes on the frame for the brakelight the holes are on the tail piece. Now I have to go out and make a pattern for a bracket. Has anyone else had to do this? If you have can you post a pic.

On the newer frame models the bracket for the taillight is part of the beer tray and not the frame. You'll need to make some brackets as monsterNq8 said...

Yep, I made mine out of a bracket for holding on a Thule Rack windscreen. Maybe that would be an interesting topic. What kind of half ass (or whole ass) engineering have you done to your Montser? :D
