I'm new to this forum but have fell in love with this member's ride (if he still owns it, that is...). I would appreciate your input on the below questions:

The question is one of reverse engineering, sourcing parts and cost: are there any pic's of a frame cut similar to his?

What exhaust did he use and is this exhaust compatible with a 620?

Can you modify the main exhaust body relatively easily?

How about that seat? Brand, what's involved?

looks ilke you'd need to buy a termi high mount kit, and start looking for a fab shop to do the pipes/mounting/chop. I'm curious to see how the cans stay in place

unless you know how to weld, then you could just have at it >:D

Great stuff...

Now, is the Termi High Mount dual kit compatible with the 620?

On the rear tail lights, what happened to the placement of these?

Does anyone know where or what type of seat he has?

Yes, Termis are available in high mount for the 620.

The rear tail light and rear turn signals look like they're located on the bottom of the license plate holder underneath the seat. LED strip.

The seat just looks to be stock with the back chopped off and then re-upholstered.

Personally I think it's butt fugly, but to each his own. [thumbsup]

Can't help but love it...

About the exhaust, what are some prices for those exhausts?

How loud would the exhaust be on a 620 with shortened exhaust manifolds like pictured compared to stock length?

What part of the frame would have to be cut to make the mod?

Last question (for now), how tough is it to strip the bike to the frame to have the frame powdercoated?

IIRC, the termi's are what, in the 8-900 range? I remember my arrows being slightly cheaper than... take a look at some of the sponsors, I'm sure you'll find a set [thumbsup]

who cares? it'll sound the biz >:D

looks like forward of where you would do a normal tail chop... like up near the grab rails. I wonder how he re-mounted the seat? then there's still the issue of getting the cans to stay in place

I dunno man....there's dieting and then there's anorexia

both reduce weight...but one method makes you look like hell

there's nip and tuck cosmetic surgery

and then there's beef trimming at the meat packing plant

I didn't attend that event. I'm actually in Los Angeles, Cali.

Does anyone have pic's of a frame with the radical frame cuts for this type of work?

Thanks.

I didn't think mods were supposed to solicit business here.
But yes, any competent shop can do that. Mark (superlegra) does great work, but you'll have to check to see if he has time/interest in a project like that.
