Check with Zoomba in Pasadena, he's on the DML so maybe you can search under members. Good luck in NY.

Not to be a wise a$$ but Uhaul is gonna be your best bet. Rent a closed trailer one-way for a few hundred bucks drop it off when you hit home and call it a day.

PS I highly advise against moving back to NY. I tried it years ago and it was a disaster! ::)

IMHO ...... FWIW: First, sell all the stuff you don't really need.... I mean REALLY need!

Now, the rest of the belongings can be sent via hauling companies (The Pod... ?) that specialize in cross country moves. They leave a container off at your location, you fill it, close it up, they pick it up and relocate it for you in lovely New York! A friend of mine did this to move to Louisiana, and it cost them about $1,000...... Can be more or less, depending on the size of the "Pod" you need.......

I hope this helps. Good luck with the move and the new digs....... [thumbsup]

trust me i know about the cross country deal (this will be trip # 4) [clap]
I am down to clothes and technology that gets moved
all else is staying and will be sold before i'm gone (read EVERYTHING ELSE)

i think i'm going the trailer route. it seems to make the most sense for the bike.

this is still going to be a pita either way you cut it :(
