No dings, but do have some scratches under the MagKnight tank panel. And the tank panel has knee and belly scuff marks. Oh, and a scuff mark from my electric heat cord!! Which I use everyday now!!

I have a small ding from an embarassing parking lot indescretion. I got off the bike without putting the side stand down. DUH! I was able "smooth" most of it out from the inside, but you can still see it. Fu<k it , though. Prob low side it soon enough, anyway!

I dunno, I was bummed for a while, but I'm getting enough $$$ to replace the tank, get a full Sil high-pipe system, etc. I think in the end I almost make out. Oh, well except for the calcium deposits on either side of my hip...

Still, my luck is not as bad as some of my friends. One of my friends crashed his bike and paid to fix it. Then it was backed into here in S.F., insurance picked it up. Then it gets stolen and the [email protected]$$ crashed the bike going for a joyride along highway 1, paid for it to be fixed again.

I think S.F. drivers just have it in for bikes, I dunno...

Oh yeah, not to mention that a Highway Patrolman cut right in front of me today in the rain, almost made me spill the bike. When i yelled at him he thought he was in the right! No wonder I don't like cops...

I got one dent from a low speed crash, also got a bunch of scratches. I always put my tank bag on the counter or kitchen table when I get home. Apparantly there was some staples that magnetized to the bottom of the tank bag that I didnt notice and scratched it up purty good. I think it adds character. And like Herb said, I am bound to dump her again, so why fix it?

I got a nice big ol dent in my tank from the handlebar when I dropped my bike . . . within minutes of signing for it and before I left the dealer lot! [smiley=applause.gif] Fumble fingered the clutch. Had to pay ~300 to get the bike fixed so I could ride off! ::)

I call it my 51 cent dent. Before gas prices went up I consistently spent $4.49 to fill the tank . . . thus it was a $5 tank and the dent was 51 cents worth . . . OK so I am lame. ;D
