Halvarsson's Safety Suit, Hein Gericke, Teknic, Rev-it Cayenne, Triumph Tornado, Alpinestars, Frank Thomas......no Rukka, Aerostich, BMW, or Motoport in this one.

Surprising good abrasion results for most, in comparison with numbers I've seen quoted for textile materials. And seam burst still a major issue, and one that is more often overlooked in textile evaluation. Two areas that are not touched on are cut and tear restistance. Tear is seemingly handled well by textiles, but the impact-cut test is apparently one of the main issues of failure for textiles in passing the CE standards for whole suits, and the reason for the construction differences found in the Halvarsson's Suit from what I gather.
