Q. If I put the Termi carbon slip ons on my S2R 800 do I HAVE to do the ECU/airbox mod as well to get it to run right, or can I run the stock ECU? I don't care if I forgo power gains; just want it to run right without stumbling or backfiring. I'm looking for a solution that allows me to go back and forth to the stock cans, and would rather save the extra $600 trip to the Ducati proctologist if I really don't need it.
[And please don't say Arrows. I think they sound great, but I don't care for the styling of them. Just my personal opinion.]
