Termi midpipe for the S2R1000 that doesn't block oil drain plug?

Does anyone know from personal experience, i.e. have installed one on their own bike whether a termi midpipe is available that does NOT block access to the oil drain plug? I have a the DP termi full system for the S2R1000 (installed in Sept), and the midpipe that was installed completely blocks the oil drain plug. I was told that ducati has a redesigned a midpipe (warranty), to replace the original midpipe, that lets you get to the drain plug and oil filter without partially taking the exhaust system apart. Does anyone have this new midpipe on their bike (S2R1000)?
