I've been looking at getting some Termi's for my monster but heck if I can find them for under $1k. Anyone know of a good source?
Also how do Leo Vinci's sound compared to Termi's?

How do the sils sound compared to the termi's? Termi's are pretty "loud" but have a nice deep sound. I'm mostly looking for asthetics here so given the price the Sils look very nice. Leo Vinci's have superb fit/finish though, very comparable?

What were your reasons for switching?

Hi Daryl,

We can get the high conical but it can be slow sometimes depending on the time of year and production runs at Sil Moto--thats we stopped listing it on the website. The price is very close to the low pipe conical (but slightly higher). We stock the low conical, and CF and Titanium high pipes. Let me know if you want us to order a set for you. We get shipments every 4 weeks from Italy.

mspgs2,

The sound and finish is very close to the Termi. I had the Termi low pipes.
I wanted a high mount full system. I found I could get the full spaghetti system for the price of the Termi high pipe slip-ons. I liked the look of the Sil Motor from the side. It followed the lines of the seat much better than the Termi and the cans were smaller. I like Termignoni exhaust systems. I have them on my other bike--I just thought the Sil Motor full system was better for the application.

I love my leo vinci's They sound great and just get the job done. I've posted in previously that termi's are alot of name, and carry the same function as the sil's and leo's. You just don't get that sticker on the side. I'm happy with Leo's, they're deep, louder, but don't leave your ears ringing after a long ride.

i love the way my leos sound... if ur planning on getting slipons, seems like all the brands are pretty much the same. all comes down to different labels on the side which determines the price. :) hehe! one thing nice about the leos is the labels dont come already put on the cans. that way u dont need to have this big sticker advertising the maker of ur exhausts if u like the non-advertising look. :)

Hey Moto,
Anyway I could get a rough estimate on the conical highs? Winter is coming up so the wait is no biggie. I really like the cones and I NEED highs (want really really bad would be closer to the truth). Was thinking of doing Strati's pipe mod and have some locals fab some "S" pipes to mount them high, but cones would look so much better than stock cans tucked under the seat.

casa91,

Give us a call or send us an email to [email protected].
I can give you a price when I get back on Monday.
The conical pipes are very reasonable. They are a lot less than the other high pipes and only a little more than the conical low pipes.
