Are there billet frame plugs for the open end tube frame of the tailend of the subframe? (ie the open ends at the tailend under the seat). Are these called end frame plugs?

The fender chop / eliminators normally come with plastic caps, wonder if there's billet frame plugs to cap the ends instead? Is the sizing one needs 18mm?

These places arent clear on what frame plugs are for what use. billet frame plugs largely only for the replacing the rubber plugs on the side of the bike? The end frame plugs for the open tube ends at the tailend? Wouldnt these need to be 18mm?

I could not find any that fit perfectly. So I bought the closes frame plugs and had to file down slightly. Snug fit and looks better than those plastic caps.

What brand / size did you use? You file down the inside opening of motorcyle frame to increase the diameter to allow the frame plug to fit?

These are the best in my opinion:

There are several on eBay but they're a lot flashier than these ... I don't like logos on things like frame-plugs! I think you should pickup a pair even if your tail isn't chopped ... I don't like the idea of water finding its way into the frame.

These plugs have an o-ring and are of a split taper design, by tightening the screw the o-ring is expanded to the ID of the tube, really well done actually.

Back in the days some company made end-frame turn signals. They were pretty hot.
Sorry for the poor picture quality.
