which buell??...how does the monster compare ...I seriously though about a ullyses for a while...took one for a trial on a ride a buell day.. but my arse is a bit low to the ground and had to slide one leg off to stand at the lights...but then the m900 came up at a price too good to refuse..........destiny ;D

I used to have the X1, last of the tubers.

As compared to a Monster handling was about the same but the X1 was a little top heavy. The Gearbox was like driving a Massey Ferguson Tractor. The Monster is like changing gears on a dirt bike, slick and swift.

The engine on the X1 torquey yet doey and you ran out of revs too quickly before you hit the rev limiter.

The Monster you can rev and rev and rev. Thats what I like about the Ducatis.

And the Ducatis have a touch of class! [thumbsup]

Touch of class is good, been there a few times......ahhh yeah Duc'a are magic bikes [thumbsup]
