I get idiot teenagers/20-somethings in the obnoxious import cars with muffler by Folgers and lots of stickers trying to race me. I use to just shake my head in disbelief, but at the same time they thought they were 'winning'. All it takes is to drop down a gear and blip the throttle to make their jaw drop.


Funny I saw this about the Civic crowd, but near the end of the summer a guy in a Porsche did the same thing?

Seriously people, 2 are better than 4.

Is it weird of me not even to look at cagers when Im at lights? I guess Im not used to TRYING to get reactions from people. I just dont try to make any eye contact unless im trying to changle lanes or whatever.

Everyone sees the DUCATI on the side and want to see how fast it goes. : I'm not hear to amuse you, lose my license or lose my life cuz you want to see how fast my bike can go.

I had the same gear..... guys were always wanting to high-side my low-side....so I got rid of them.

;D I think I posted this before, but I have had two cagers now, pull up next to me, wave to get my attention and when I look at them they do "wind your window down" action with their hand.... What do they wan't, and why is a natural reaction to do that when I have my tinted visor on... How about a action to lift my visor... Even then I can't hear them over my pipes.
I lorv the sound mufflers in my helmet! 8)

The other one I often get is the disapproval from Dad's who have their hot daughters in the car/suv. Spesh at petrol/gas stations were I get a chance to look and smile and the daughter smiles back... > . The topper on that is when my GF who is a hottie herself, gets on and both daughter and dad further dissaprove, with the salt rub being the loud rumble and burble away....

I usually get the "nice bike" statement.

I swear one guy (who complimented at a light) intentionally stayed beside me on a jaunt through town (several miles) to watch and listen. Of course, I had to get on it a bit when going under bridges, between buildings, and such. >
