Friend having a problem with bike:

"When I shift gears there is a low rumbling from the crank case. It lasts for 3-5 seconds and then disappears. When I changed the oil the problem disappeared for a few minutes and then started again."

It's a Kawi too BTW.

Any Dx/suggestions??

Kawi is kawasaki?
Is it clutch related?
During riding, in the shed?

My bike bike makes so much bloody noise it has to throw a bearing before I hear it >
