In the foothills?

I'm going with 6" of snow and 1" of sand.

Well I hope the snow doesn't fail us, cause I'm starting to get my drink on, gambling on a snow day!!! 3-4 inches my guess, just a lot of howling wind. All bark no bite!

When I went out to my car this morning it took a second for me to realize it wasn't spring (it's really wet snow here in Denver, and it's still October. Bah.

Well I don't know how much total we got here on the north end of the springs, but I live at the crest of a hill, and the wind has been blowing up and over all morning leaving me in a big drift. I couldn't even odpen my front door this morning. When I went out to shovel the drive way it was just about to my knees in my front yard!!!! I'm thinking about busting out my snowshoes!!!! Here is a pick of my Jeep, and my back porch! Yeah I got a **** load. Please someone come get the refrigerator out of my garage so I don't have to see this again! Only room for the Monster and my wifes Discovery right now!

My house got about 6, heavy, wet inches of that crap. That wind is sooo cold, I hate taking the dog out and when he's out there all he wants to do is play and I'm too damn cold to let him...I feel like a bad mom. :-\

Well, like you said, for people who live in this type of climate, Fall and Winter are for modding!
