I'd love to come down to coluzzi, but I have work til about 9pm tonight, and then I can look forward to tucking into my law assignment (but in true hooligan style I haven't started it yet!).

I'm actually trying to sell the old girl at the moment for a temporary move overseas! I'll have to come for a quick squirt with you guys soon before I jet off!

i you going to ride in this weather still? The new monster will get all cold!

Holy thread ressurection Batman!

Just wondering where people get their ducs serviced at in Sydney?

I have read through all the other replies but they are from '06 and I was wondering if anything has changed since then!

Was considering Gowandloch/flywheels. I would prefer to do the service myself, although I have never really worked on a duc so I wanna see how it is done first!

Thanks!

Ray

Sorry to revive this zombie but does it really matter if my local mechanic is not an official ducati mechanic?

Hey GB

The main issue your local mechanic may have is not being able to adjust your valves as he most likely wont have a shim set if he doesn't work on Ducatis.
He may also not have any of the specialised tooling to do particular jobs.

I'd just ask them if they can service a 695.

I travel a fair distance to D-Moto in Clyde for servicing , it doesn't come round all that often and I prefer someone who knows the marque working on it.
