Hello Mary, welcome to this little part of the world.

Unfortunetly, most of the active posters on this board are located in Portland, Oregon. about 3 hours south of Seattle. We would love to have you down for some beers, and a ride, so dont be shy. Here is a link to DesmoNorthWest, they are more active in the Seattle area.

Hi Mary,

The Cycle World motorcycle show is December 1, 2, and 3 in Seattle. Maybe we can meet for drinks if you are settled by then. sort of close to Christmas.

I am planning on seeing the show on Saturday and partying with some friends that night (grins). It is a good time.

Yeah, WL is very active. They get together frequently.

Nice bunch of people. foodies, scotch, bikes, techies, cigars, lawyers, you get the idea.

Sold my house and have 2 back-up offers also! Now I need a Seattle house.

I've got a great house on Queen Anne for sale if you want to live near downtown. We had to move closer to work on the Eastside.
