does anyone know of a salvage or wrecker that has monsters?
I need a few minor bits here and there, things like the little aluminum spacers on the exhaust (lost one) and some other minor things.

Try eBay under Parts/Motorcycle and search "Monster". I doubt you'll find just those items listed individually but you will occasionally find someone with multiple listings who is parting out a bike. Email them and ask if they have what you're looking for.
