·Hello
I put my bike in storage last night. I rented a new storage area. I traditionally rent a space every winter for what ever bike I have. There is usually a step up leading to the room I rent. It is about the height of a curb. Well I guess it was too high. When riding the bike slowly up the curb, I hit the cow belly on the edge of the curb. It was a light impact, but enough to seperate the pipes directly in front of the belly.
Funny thing is, I thought it could be pressed right back in. But my first attempt at 6am would not budge it. Has anyone removed there S4R pipe yet? And should I be able to pull this apart and put it back? Or was this pressed in at the factory? If it was not the month before Christmas, I would use it as the excuse to get a full system. But I can't spend that kind of cash just to let the bike sit there all winter when my shopping is not even started yet.
