I'm really into the carbon Zard's for the S2RK... but still wanna be able to take passengers.
Any of you guys/gals out there got this set up? Any trouble with bottoming out, burnt ankles, melting shoes etc?!
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!!

Oh also, where's the best place to get them?

We've sold about a dozen of the Zard systems. I have not heard any reports of passenger issues.

I've got the Zard's on my S4R. It doesn't bottom out, but I have left a little rubber on the pipe from my boot. More than likely my riding style - Balls of my feet on the pegs and heels tight in. I'll deal with it for the looks and sound of the Zard's.

My cf rear hugger does hit the left side pipe on big bumps, which is not recommended, but I still want the hugger to protect my rear shock, so I accept it.

My boot did melt on the pipes but cured that by putting the hi-temp copper gasket maker onto the boot itself and no issues since then. Just wish the gasket stuff came in black to match my boot. ;D
