Dear Yamaha,

Leave the color of the bike as is.

Thank you.
This thread needs to be listed with Spoiler. Cause that what Rossi is about to do the 2007 season.
He had an Excalibur type sword painted on the front of the bike. Draw your own conclusions as to its meaning. Hopefully, they'll get better weather tomorrow.

[laugh] [laugh]

As long as Yamaha gives him a better bike than they did this year [thumbsup]

It's also great to see that Suzuki has been fast so far with the couple of test they have been at. Hope they can convert it when the season starts [thumbsup]

paraphrased:

"...I have some new stickers on my bike and a new helmet; they're a reference to the legend of King Arthur and 'Excalibur'! I want to show everyone that we are ready to fight back and that we're ready to do our very best throughout these winter tests..."
I hadn't seen that quote. I guess I read a lot into things like this. I mean if you look at the legend of Excalibur only one person could draw the sword from the stone, so the sword only had one rightful owner. About what is all this Excalibur nonsense, i thinks me self.

Hayden is in the middle of or recovering from shoulder surgery. His young gun team mate helped him with that too.

Makes perfect sense to me. Then again, Excaliber is one of my all time favorite movies, so i've seen it quite a few times. Rossi's point of reference is well past the drawing of the sword from the stone. He's already been king who's suffered a set back by the rise of Morgana and Mordred (Collectively HRC). Rossi and his Merlin (Burgess) will be back!

Than again, i'm hoping for Capirex to win it all.

You're wearing chainmail underpants, right now, aren't you?

My thoughts exactly. Every bike looks better in matte black.
Looks like it might not be yellow next year:

From Yamaha Factory Racing:
Following Camel’s recent announcement, Yamaha Factory Racing would like to express its thanks to Camel and Japan Tobacco International for their partnership and support over the 2006 MotoGP season.

Our thanks go out to all those involved in the project; they have formed an important part of our team over the past year.

It has been a great honour for Yamaha to work with such an experienced sponsor and Camel’s enthusiasm throughout the season has been greatly appreciated by the entire Yamaha Factory Racing Team and the Yamaha Motor Group.
