Where can I find a set of smaller/short stalk front and rear turn signals for an 04 monster S4R ? Prefer a direct easy replacement if possible.

I would check out lockhart phillips. They have some great choices and they are a breeze to install.

I second that. I have some Pillips in the front and rear that are about 1/3 the size as those big stock signals. They are clear with amber bulbs and shaped like arrows. They look really sharp on the Monster!

Great minds think alike I have the same ones. They are the short stalk V's I think.

Are the ones we use single or dual filament?

single. if they were dual, they'd stay on as running lights.
