Hi guys

I just got my high, oval, titanium DP kit (thats Remus). Only the problem is that Ducati did not include the assembly manual for it. There is like 2 small bags with a bunch of small nuts and bolts and stuff. Easy to get it wrong. Does anyone have the manual / drawing for this system ?? Thats the titanium one with 96019402B part number.

Dont feel bad. I just got my Sils and didn't even get a parts list. I'm still trying to figure out what the 4" long flat metal bar is for. I just trial and error'd the thing on.

Some parts are probably replacements for existing parts. I noticed on the left side rear set the rearmost hex bolt is a touch loose after removing the heat shield. I threw in an extra washer for now but a shorter bolt would probably work.

Yeah, well the fit and the promised manual was actually the reason for choosing the DP kit..also air filter before Sil. I know this dude and he has oval, high carbon SilMotor and he said that the quality is pretty poore and the did not fit too good. But the sound was brutal.. very cool. Remus on the other hand I know from my cars and it came highly recommended from 4 Duc dealers in Sweden. Austrian quality, they look and feel very well made...So anyhow its frustrating considering that this thing costed something like USD 1300. For this money I should have gotten a bloody videotape..now I will probably end up with part leftovers :( as I always do when doing stuff without manual.

There was no instruction manual, parts list, or anything that would help in my set. Lay out the hardware on the floor or your workbench, divide it all by 2, and go from there. The hokey part is the spacers- I called my local dealer and spoke to the head tech- "sometimes you need the spacers, sometimes you don't". For the money I expected some instructions. The good news is that they look, work, and sound great. I've got the carbon ovals.

I have the high mount DP full system no instructions, but I have to say it went on quite easily. I have it appart at the moment but I will throw it together and get you a pic. Right now I am trying to bend the pipes so they are inline with the frame. Now thats a pain in the [email protected]#!
