Any time i use my rear brake it feels like something is lopsided, could that be a balancing issue?

like it's warped? if you have a rear stand, get the bike on it and spin the rear wheel with your hand and see if your brake rotor is warped.

I had the same issue. It is a warped rotor. Replace it and the problem will go away.

Do you use it alot? If not, it might be a stuck caliper, causing alot of heat and possibly warping the rotor.

They work plenty well! So well in fact that I lock them up more often than I'd like. ;D

If you lack a rear stand, grab a ruler and line it up across the rotor in a copuple of places. Taking the pads out too isn't that hard. Also, you can try and clean the spring retaining pins.
