Could someone check their shifter assembly for me? The linkage that connects the shifter to the external shift mechanism ... does the heim joint at the shift mechanism (not at the shifter) bolt on the outside of the mechanism or the inside (next to the motor)? TIA.

Well, I sorta am, though it appears I reassembled my shift linkage incorrectly (I put the heim on the inside) and it interferes with the stand. Will go fix ...

Hmmm

On my S4 the linkage is on the inboard side of the mechanism. Must just be due to model differences.
