Question for the experts?

I am looking into doing a modification to the triple clamp of a 2002 620 to see it these will work.

If I am able to drill out the triple clamp in this hole pattern, I will be able to put clip-ons above the triple clamp and get the same ride height as stock and go down to as low as -2 inches. What do you guys think? Does this seem plossiable? What are the differences in the S4 and 620 triple clamps? If they are the same width, I think this will work.
