i'll tell you honestly, i got the rear hugger off a local s4 buddy. it's a hacked up stock unit (carbon fiber on the s4). he wanted to trim it down to emulate the one-sided mount off the superbikes but didn't like how it turned out. so he sent it my way (i traded some other parts for it) and i finished the trim-job he started. finished carbon's fairly easy to work with, but you've gotta be absolutely adamant about wearing a good mask and goggles. carbon dust is BAD for you
i had a feathercarbon unit on a while back as shown on my site, but was getting ITCHY about the fact that the weave of the feathercarbon stuff didn't match the ducati performance stuff so i reverted.
