Does anyone know if the cover sizes are the same across all MYs and engine sizes? I'm looking to replace one from my M800 '03 (tiny crack, under the tank...AHHH but i know it's there!!). Thanks for any info!

The little bit that I know about it, they are not the same across all years and models.

Sorry I can't offer more than that right now...
---------edit----------------

A quick scan of my parts catalogues shows the same vertical cylinder belt cover part # for the '02 & '03 620, the '02 750 and the '03 800.

'02 900 has a different part#, and the '01 Monsters all seem to have the two-piece covers. Not to say they won't fit, but they may not...

Perhaps someone with FHE can tell you if the old covers will fit the new engines.

For belt covers, you're more concerned with engine size than year. The ones that work for the M900 also work for the Supersport and apparently the ST2 as well. They don't work for the DS1000 engine because of the other spark plug that goes through the cover.

Can't say for the smaller engines.
