What is this term, most of the times when I am cornering I just lean threw the turn and feels normal. On tighter corners sometimes I push the bars to go a little sharper. Is this a proper way of adjusting in a corner? This is on a monster of course. Lovin the S2R 8 [thumbsup]

He's talking about conter steering. Say you are entering a right hand turn at 30 mph - to initiate a lean in the bike you can briefly, gently press on the right control. Yep pointing the wheel to the left a touch. But that causes the bike to lean in response. More press = more lean.

One can just shift weight as well, for gentle curves. But a touch on the controls will bring the bike over more quickly.

If it works you should probably do it. Some people in this message board get too technical which is good to a point. But **** riding is instinctive. The best riders (racers) are just good naturally so if how you turn works for you, why question it. THe guy above was rude about saying this should be in a different section. Some people who are anal about where postings go should spend more time riding and less bitching. Wouldn't want advice from somone who spends most of their time behind the computer not the bike.
