A pair of stacked projectors to replace the headlight sounds good. PIAA makes black HID driving lights and halon fogs in the right size, but they are only available in pairs.

Anyone know of a source for singles> Anyone seen this mod done neatly or have pictures?

An interesting interpretation of man and machine. Very reminiscent of the early modernist - Italian futurists. More recently Coop Himmelblau, Peter Pfau - Wes Jones, and of course Neil Denari. Ghezzi & Brian's Super Twin exquisitely represents this relationship by applying a taught "skin" over the brutal machine providing the human interface. Truly the next step. . ..

i originally was going to try and make a stacked setup like on the furia for my s4 but opted for the simpler option of the side-side unit offered on spareshack. to be frank, i didn't have the time/energy to fab up mounting brackets for them. but i DO have a pair of projection lamps that i picked up from redracingparts.com. if anybody'd be interested, i'd be happy to let them go for a discount compared to new. it wouldn't have been worth the hassle of an international return so i just hung onto them in case i thought of a different application.

very similar to those used on the furia, but without a mounting bracket. i can post pics if desired.

each one's got a bulb in there, and i've got a spare for future need.

Consider this, however - most of these lights you find in the aftermarket (PIAA, knockoffs, etc) have a fog-beam pattern, which is wide and shallow, rather than a focused pencil-beam. Cant speak for the OEMs, which I certainly hope wouldnt have this problem but then you get to find out what they're using...and they tend to be friggin huge (Duc999 + Buell, for ex.. very deep)

Brackets are no prob, just keep the original 'U' bracket, and make an 'H' out of aluminum stock..rivets & bolts will do if you dont have the option of welding. I made mine in a weekend with simple hand tools & a fair bit of swearing. Version 1.0:
