Plain Vanilla...

I was out riding this weekend on my M800S, which I LOVE. Seriously, I ride it whenever I go out and it's not pouring rain. I can't get enough of it. But on Saturday morning on I94 running North through Chicago, I caught up with another monster rider who had done a really nice job with his rear tail, high mount exhausts, changing the rear fender, getting rid of the ugly plastic piece that covers the rear tire and chain, and what looked like a wider than normal rear tire. I'm pretty sure it was an S4 with the Senna colors. To the rider out there - VERY nice! And I must admit, I suddenly felt like my monster was plain vanilla. I've only managed to get rid of the ugly fender with the kit from jake at madscienceproductions (which is quite nice by the way). And I hadn't seen a modded monster in the flesh until this weekend. Granted, I've only had it for about 4 weeks now and have only 900 miles on her, but I feel like I really need to get on the ball. Nevertheless, I love my monster, and can't imagine riding anything else right now. And even in stock trim, it gets looks wherever I go, just the sound of her turns heads. Just need to spice her up a bit. The rear tail and exhausts need some help. Anyway, just wanted to throw that out there. Hope people have had a good weekend riding!
