Just got my bike back from FBF after the 6k service, PCIII and FBF airbox conversion and it feels like a different bike! It'll now pull fron 2k RPM without having a coniption and it pulls like it's really pi$$ed at something. Dyno chart sayes I'm up 5HP to 63.3 but it's the feel and crispness that are the real improvment. Nice induction sound, too. All in all, money well spent.

Mark:
Which specific model of PCIII did you get for your bike? I didn't know that they have produced one for the 02' 620's & 750's.

Ducatz, the FBF P/N is F44535 and the PC P/N is 719-211.
PC website says '03-'04 620ie but I am thinking there is no diff between '02 and '03 620ie. Anyhoo it runs like a mad bastard ;D The FBF P/N for '02 m750 is 44540. PC site doesn't list '02 750, but call FBF and ask.

D**n you guys and your fuel injection. I am running stock mikuni's, Stage II Jet kit, low pipes, and a open element K&N on my 01' 750 and its dyno'd at 61hp at the wheel. I've heard that was pretty good, but a 620 with 63? I'm impressed. Those are figures at the wheel? Anyways in about 5 years maybe i'll have enough money to get some keihen's and dual cones. Mmmmm. Till then.....

As soon as my FIM 5.9 comes back we will get it reinstalled and mapped, but with a stock airbox/filter and the ECU my bike made 61.9 RWHP. The box developed a glitch and wouldnt accept anymore changes. So it had to go back the FIM. Should have it back in a few weeks.

markIV, sounds like you are a satisfied customer. My 620 is soon due for its 6K service and was thinking of pipes, PCIII, and air box kit. FBF will be doing my work also. Sounds like you already had the pipes on. If you don't mind me asking what did it cost you, to give me an idea what I'm looking at?
Did you need any thing xtra on the service, such as chain or tires? Thanks!

I second that request on the prices. This sounds like a great combo of mods for real HP gains. Odd how the 750 doesn't really make that much more power than the 620, eh? Has anyone noticed that all the E.F.I. monsters use the same size throttle bodies? If it's good enough for the larger ones it's got to be great for the 620, as long as the bike can use the volume. Airbox mods and proper mapping logically should yield large gains. Keep us informed. Thanks!

Total $ for the 6K service, FBF airbox conversion, PCIII, Dyno and remap, pick up and drop off at my door (26 miles from FBF) and a liter of top up oil was under $1100. Didnt need tires or chain. Thats 63.3 RWHP. The mors enjoyable difference is the character and drivability.
